Mss. Girukwishaka is currently working as an administrative assistant and human resources officer at the Rwanda Institute of Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance (RICEM). She occupied a temporary position as an assessor at UNHCR since August 2016 to December 2018. Besides that, she also worked as sales and market at MULTIPHAR from June 2018 to September 2019.

She been working as consultant trainer in different institutions and especially in the years of 2020 to 2021, when she worked as a RICEM trainer in Business Simulation Games.

Mss. Girukwishaka holds a Bachelor of Accounting at Kigali Institute of Management (KIM).
