The Rwanda Institute of Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance (RICEM), in partnership with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and the Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA), is currently conducting Professional Entrepreneurship Guide (PEG) Capacity Building Training sessions in Musanze and Karongi.

The ongoing training brings together Business Development Advisors (BDAs) to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and competencies in supporting entrepreneurs, businesses, and enterprise development across Rwanda.

Through the PEG Capacity Building Program, participants are being equipped with practical tools and professional competencies to effectively guide entrepreneurs throughout their business journey, support business growth, and contribute to the development of a strong and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The training sessions are part of the continued efforts to strengthen the capacity of Business Development Advisors, enabling them to provide quality support and guidance to entrepreneurs and businesses in their respective communities.

RICEM remains committed to working closely with RDB, MIFOTRA, and other partners to promote entrepreneurship, build professional capacity, and contribute to sustainable enterprise growth across Rwanda.
