
The CMP is a comprehensive, long-term training program developed by RICEM in partnership with key Microfinance stakeholders. It aims to enhance the skills and capabilities of the microfinance workforce, ultimately driving improved service delivery and fostering stronger, high-performing organizations.
The program targets the following groups :
- - Microfinance Institution (MFI) employees at all levels, including technical staff, middle and senior managers.
- - Recent graduates, including Senior Six (S6) leavers and fresh university graduates, who are eager to pursue a career in the microfinance sector.
- - Policymakers and local government officials engaged with the microfinance industry.
- - Professionals from other sectors looking to transition into the microfinance field.
The CMP is designed to improve Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) by enhancing staff performance and service quality, while equipping employees with key skills like problem-solving and decision-making to tackle current and future challenges. It contributes to MFI growth, sustainability, and performance, fostering leadership and management expertise.
