I am Rita NGARAMBE female, born on 1st October 1960, Rwandan married with 3 children. I have first degree in BCOM with honors, Post graduate degree in Cooperative management and Supervision and Master’s degree in MBA. I am currently independent consultant I managed the revolving fund under ILO/UNDP project targeting People living with Disabilities.

I worked as loan officer in Pride Tanzania, Operations Director and Managing Director with Vision Fund Rwanda. I joined World Relief International Burundi to manage and grow Turame Community Bank. I worked with AMIR to lead the Microfinance sector in Rwanda.

I joined NSI Company in Tanzania as digital finance specialist for payment systems of the Banks, Microfinance institutions and SACCOs I acquired Post graduate Diploma in Cooperative Management and Supervision from Loughborough
Stanford cooperative college in England. I worked with Cooperative Union of Tanzania that gave me vast skills in managing variety of entrepreneurial cooperatives such as agriculture, Savings and Credit cooperatives (SACCOs), Consumer, worker's and industrial Cooperatives.

I have more than 15 years in Leadership as Operation Director, Managing Director, Executive Secretary and Board member. I managed different organizations such as Cooperative Unions, International NGO's projects, ILO/UNDP projects, Microfinance Institutions and Network of Microfinance institutions. I was a
member of the Investment Committee of Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR), Board member of East Africa Microfinance Network (EAMFNET), Micro justice Rwanda and national coordinator for EAC Financial services providers’ council.

I am a certified trainer in Digital financial services, financial education, financial products and market development. I developed curriculums in RICEM for the modules of Strategic Management, Organizational behavior and financial education.

I am lecturer on value chain management for first degree and Master’s degree in Microfinance at University of INES Ruhengeri. I have skills in entrepreneurship capacity building including business plans for SME, business idea generation, starting business and overall business management skills.

I facilitate growth and continuity plans for small businesses graduating to middle range SMEs to large scale including risks mitigation measures.

I have substantial skills in digital finance activities as I already have a certificate in digital finance and have done activities to computerize the microfinance sector in Rwanda using the IT shared platform and dealing with payment systems of financial institutions in Tanzania.
